Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days to make and package your piece(s).
This does not include the time that it takes to ship your package.
Please note that all communications are primarily done through email. If we have any issues with processing your order, we will always attempt to contact you via the email provided at check-out.


Shipping times will vary by the rate that you select at check-out. For domestic orders, we offer shipping through USPS or UPS.
Please note:
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect mailing addresses. Please make sure that you provide your correct mailing address. 
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to ship back out if a package were to be returned to us.
Once packages are scanned in by the mail carrier, they are no longer in our hands. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If you need assistance in locating your package, please reach out to your local post office.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

All sales (online + in person) are final. Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after order is placed online. To cancel, please email with your order number.
Exchanges are accepted, for items of the same value, up to 5 business days after your order has been marked delivered. Piece(s) must be in the condition that they were sent in.

Your jewelry is delicate, not indestructible but we understand that accidents can happen. Please feel free to reach out to us if you are needing repair on one of our pieces. Must be within 60 days of you receiving your piece. Customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee + labor and materials.
